Seth W. Hamot assumed the role as Chairman of the Board of ISC8 in December of 2010. He has also served as the President and Managing Member of Roark, Rearden & Hamot Capital Management, LLC ("RRHCM") since 1997, and was the owner of its corporate predecessor Roark, Rearden & Hamot, Inc.
