Bill Joll

President, Chief Executive Officer, and a member of the Board of Directors Bill Joll joined ISC8 in 2010. Joll is leveraging his 25 years of leadership and management experience to lead the company's missions to develop its  extensive R&D; technologies into commercial products for the government and private enterprise markets.

John Carson

A co-founder of ISC8, John Carson currently serves as the company's Chief Strategy Officer and Vice Chairman of its Board of Directors. Chet White

Chester P. White has been a Director of ISC8 since December of 2010. He is the Managing Partner of Griffin Partners, LLC and The Griffin Fund, which he founded in April of 2008. White served as a Managing Director of Technology Investment Banking at MCF & Company, an investment-banking firm, from October of 2002 to March of 2008.

Jay Scollins

Edward J. Scollins has been an Independent Director of ISC8 since December of 2010. He has also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Roark Rearden and Hamot Capital Management since 2005. Prior to joining Roark Rearden and Hamot, Scollins was the Director of Finance for Sankaty Advisors LLC, the fixed income affiliate of Bain Capital, from 2001 to 2005.

Marc Dumont has been an Independent Director of ISC8 since April of 1994.
