Establishes New Office as ISC8 Malaysia Sdn Bhd 

COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA – October  28, 2013 –ISC8® Inc. (OTCBB:ISCI), (“ISC8” or the “Company”), a provider of intelligent cybersecurity solutions, today announced the opening of a new office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in support of the projected growth of business within South East Asia.

ISC8 is expanding its presence in Malaysia to:

-   Leverage the talent that exists for malware research in support of ISC8’s R&D team.
-   Deliver innovativesolutions to Government Linked Companies (GLC) to protect them against Cyber borne threats, on-line fraud, IP theft.
-   Provide solutions to aid key government agencies for Homeland Security applications and vertical sector businesses.
-   Work with local partners to establish a ISC8 Cyber Threat Prevention Academy to create more awareness for IT/ C level execs and Security consultants about Cyber threats and use of solutions and tools to combat these threats.  

ISC8 plans to achieve MSC (Multimedia Super Corridor) status soon to participate in specific innovation and technology enhancements driven under the MSC program. ISC8 Malaysia will also serve as a regional hub for the company to become a key player with its unique value proposition in the multi-billion dollar market in SE Asia.
